CNA Requirements

 
The following paperwork must be completed and submitted to IWCC Continuing Education at least 7 days prior to the start of your class.

Failure to return the required documents by the appropriate date will result in disenrollment from the class with no refund issued. 

Competed forms can be returned in any of the following ways:
  • email to swiese@iwcc.edu
  • fax to (712) 325-3721
  • mail to Continuing Education
    Iowa Western Community College
    2700 College Road
    Council Bluffs, IA  51503
  • bring to the Continuing Education office, located in Looft Hall at the Council Bluffs campus between the hours of 8:00AM and 4:30PM, Monday through Friday.
