Project Management involved applying what can be a complicated process to large projects. But there are some basic tools that can be very helpful in a project of any size. You will learn to apply four of these tools through an in-class project simulation. No software will be used since the focus is on the tool.
Students will learn and practice creating four basic, practical project management tools that can be used in any size project. These tools are:
- Communication Plan(s) to Stakeholders
- Work Breakdown Structure
- Scheduling
- Assigning Roles and Responsibilities with a RACI chart
